The Filecoin Network v10 upgrade is complete and has been stable for the past ~200 epochs. Many full-node administrators have reported successful migrations and the Filecoin snapshot has been updated to a post-upgrade version for new nodes to join the network post-upgrade (see instructions here: https://docs.filecoin.io/get-started/lotus/chain/#lightweight-snapshot)
At this point we believe the network is stable and the maintenance window has ended, but it's expected that a few particularly large nodes may take a little longer to complete the migration and catch back up.

The Filecoin Network will be performing a state migration as part of Network Upgrade 10 happening March 3 4pm PT / March 4 12am UTC and will have partially disrupted service for a few hours around this upgrade as full-nodes (those with larger chain history) complete the migration and catch up.
