The Filecoin Mainnet will be performing a Network Upgrade to v19, codenamed Lightning, at epoch 2809800 around 2023-04-27T13:00:00Z!

We have an expedited network rollout timeline than originally scheduled this time, so to deliver FIP0060 - a market cron mitigation that will improve block validation times, sooner to the network. This expedited plan is to hopefully improve the degraded chain quality/sync stability situations that's been reported by the network users.

Given the shorter than normal turn around, we need ALL community's support and corporation for a smooth network upgrade.
